Who can make a referral to the KeyStone Center?
We welcome referrals by medical or mental health proffessionals, employee assistance programs, family members, friends, managed care representatives, and patients themselves. To make a referral please contact our program at 800-558-9600 or 610-876-9000 or click on the tab listed "contact us."
Will my insurance company pay for treatment?
Keystone Center is a network provider for most major insurance companies. We will work closely with referents, families, employee assistance professionals and patients to determine all possible payment options. We will accept direct payment of fees for patients and families who do not have or do not want to use insurance.
What should I bring with me to KeyStone?
- Identification and insurance information
- Personal care items including shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, combs, brushes, lotions, hairdryers and safety razors.
- Appropriate seasonal clothing and shoes
- Current medications
- Small amount of money
Will my family be involved in treatment?
Family education and family therapy are essential components of the program and recovery. Prospective clients and their families are informed of the expectations of family participation prior to admission to the program. The family component may involve individual family therapy, group family therapy, and an introduction to the 12-step based family support.
