We hired a New Director of Outpatient Services, Sue Devine MS, L.P.C. She has many years of experience working with addiction issues and has worked as Clinical Director of two adolescent programs. Her interests are in Addictions work, co-occurring work and DBT.

As part of our overall process improvement plan we have been focusing on several key elements:

1. Access - We have added a receptionist to improve our overall access and we continue to provide an appointment within 24 hours of initial call

2. Referral Source Communication - every organization has varying needs for communication. We at Key Recovery recognize that and want to individualize communication based on need. We will make contact at admission and designate a communication plan.

3. Review of Engagement and Completion Rates

4. Staff Training and Education

We are also excited to announce that we have added Psychiatry Time to meet the co-occurring needs of our patients and we have added Medical Assistance and Managed Medicaid to our accepted forms of payment. The expected start date is 9/1/2010.

Family Night is every Wednesday from 6:00pm - 7:30pm in our Outpatient Building.

We have started a Monthly Staff Education Series at Key Recovery:

Motivational Interviewing - Dr. Chad Coren, Psy.D
