Assessment and Referral information
KeyStone Center is dedicated to providing the immediate help you may need. We accept referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our specially trained clinical staff provides confidential assessments and referrals. Our Admission Counselors gather clinical and financial information, conduct managed care pre-certification, and provide telephone screening and face-to–face bio-psycho-social assessment. facilitating the start of treatment. We accept most major insurance including Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, most indemnity insurance and are contracted with many HMOs and PPOs . Our Admission counselors will determine coverage and assist with financial arrangements to maximize the time in treatment. KeyStone Center will accept direct payment of fees for individuals who do not have or want to utilize insurance. We are a Medicaid approved provider.

Referrals to our JCAHO residential program for adolescents can be made by calling 610-876-9000 and requesting to speak with Sue Devine, M.S. or you may fax a packet directly to the RTF at 610-876-9709.
Admissions to the KeyStone Center
shall be made without regard to race, color, religious creed,
disability, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex. Program
Services shall be accessible to eligible persons with disabilities
through the most practical and economically feasible methods
available. These methods include, but are not limited to,
equipment redesign, the provision of aids, and the use of
alternative service delivery locations. Structural modifications
shall be considered only as a last resort among available
methods.
