Michael J. Salazar, Psy.D
Chief Operating Officer

 

Michael J. Salazar, Psy.D is currently the CEO at KeyStone Center. He is a licensed psychologist who earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Widener University and his Masters in Applied Psychology from Temple University. Dr. Salazar has been at KeyStone since 1991, first serving as Chief Psychologist and Director of Psychological Services. In 2001, he developed the program for the Residential Treatment Facility and served as director of that program until July 2003, when he became the Director of Clinical Services. He was promoted to his current position as CEO in 2005. Dr. Salazar has extensive experience working with adult and adolescent dual diagnosis populations and treating trauma-related disorders. He has provided lectures and workshops regarding cognitive-behavioral strategies in relapse prevention and is a member of the adjunct faculty at the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University.

     

Dr. Michael Glacken, M.D.
Medical Director
  Michael Glacken, M.D. is the KeyStone Center Medical Director. Dr. Glacken earned his M.D. at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 1984 and completed his internship and residency in Psychiatry and was the Chief Resident at Temple University Hospital in 1988. He was Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 1990. He has over 25 years' experience treating Dual Diagnosis patients in a variety of treatment settings including persons suffering with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. Dr. Glacken previously served as the Regional Medical Director for Managed Care with First Hospital Corporation and as the Medical Director of Connections Community Support Programs. He has presented nationally on a variety of topics including managed care, dual diagnosis treatment and psychopharmacology. His focus at the KeyStone Center is ensuring that any psychiatric or psychological barriers to a full and lasting recovery are addressed and overcome using a multidisciplinary, collaborative person-centered approach.
     

Dr Mary Deitch JD/PsyD
Director of the Extended Care Unit

  Dr. Deitch, JD, Psy.D. is the Director of the Extended Care Unit. In addition to her supervisory role, she works individually with clients as well as co-facilitating groups. Her areas of specialty include the treatment of offending behaviors and relapse prevention. Dr Deitch also consults outside of Keystone, working with trauma victims and victims of crime.
     

Dr. Chad Coren, Psy.D.
Clinical Consultant for KeyStone Center Psychology Services
  Chad M. Coren, M.Ed., Psy.D. is currently the Clinical Consultant for KeyStone Center Psychology Services and Co-director of Student Training at the Keystone Center. He conjointly earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University in 2008. Dr. Coren has extensive clinical experience working with co-occurring disordered populations in sub-acute detoxification, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. His psychotherapeutic interests include cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and the transtheoretical model. Dr. Coren has been a guest lecturer at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and University of Medicine andf Dentistry of New Jersey. He has also presented at local and national symposiums on practicing culturally competent medicine with LGBT patients.
     

Deborah Voluck , M.Ed., MFT
Director of Clinical Services
  Deborah Voluck, M.Ed., M.F.T – Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Voluck earned her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 1988 and a second Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hahnemann University in 1990. She has been at KeyStone Center for over nineteen years, specializing in the treatment of addiction and co-dependency; working with individuals, couples, families and groups to educate and begin the healing process. Ms. Voluck also trains and supervises staff and has presented clinical workshops at National Gambling conferences.
     

Kerry D. King, Psy.D, MBA
Director of Psychological Services
 

Kerry D. King, Psy.D, MBA has been the Director of Psychological Services since November, 2010. She previously served as the Director of the Adolescent Residential Treatment Facility at KeyStone Center from 2004-2006. In 2006 Dr. King established The Learning Place Inc., a private corporation, located in Barbados, which provides a full range of psychological services to individuals and families, as well as international consultation and research directed at improving the effectiveness of clinical and educational service delivery.

Dr. King graduated from Widener University with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Business Administration and is a licensed psychologist. Her interests include the application of research-supported treatment methodologies for co-occurring disorders, short-term therapies in the inpatient setting and research toward systemic improvements in the delivery of care.

     

Ellen Norman
Director of Nursing
  Ellen Norman, RN is currently the Director of Nursing at Keystone Center. She has been a RN for 24 years. Ellen started as a staff nurse in 1998. She was promoted to Nurse Manager in 2004, then to Infection Control Nurse in 2007. Ellen provides education, and compassionate, quality nursing care to the patients, and trains and supervises the nursing staff.
     

Jennifer East
Director of Business Development
  Jennifer East- Director of Business Development has been with the KeyStone Center since 2001 and she is responsible for the marketing efforts, contracting, credentialing, advertising and website management needs. Prior to arriving at KeyStone, she worked in the Managed Care industry in the Provider Relations and Contracting Department.
     

Michelle Westerfer
Director of Human Resources
  Michelle Westerfer is Keystone Centers Human Resources Director. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Philadelphia University. Michelle has worked in the Behavioral Health field for over 20 years with the last 11 years focusing in Human Resource Management. Prior to coming to Keystone Center Michelle served as Director of Human Resources for Pennsylvania Clinical Schools.
     

Erin Duffy, MS, LPC, CACD, CCDP
Program Coordinator
  Erin Duffy, MS, LPC, CACD, CCDP is Program coordinator for the inpatient rehabilitation program at the KeyStone Center. Mrs. Duffy has been with the KeyStone Center since 2008 beginning her employment as a primary case manager. Mrs. Duffy specializes in the treatment of addictions as well as the treatment of those with co-occurring disorders. Mrs. Duffy earned her master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University in 2006 and has also received international certification for the treatment of co-occurring disorders.
     

Glen Gabris, CFA, CMA
Chief Financial Officer
  Glenn Gabris is KeyStone Center's Chief Financial Officer. Glenn earned his bachelor’s in accounting from Villanova University in 1989. He has worked in various capacities within the healthcare accounting and investment management fields. Within behavioral health, Glenn has served in various financial capacities for over 10 years. Glenn has earned the right to use both the CFA and CMA designations.
     

David Dorschu, MS
Director of Key Recovery Outpatient Services
 

David Dorschu, MS is the Director of Outpatient Services for KeyStone Center. David earned his Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Villanova University in 1995. His professional background includes clinical management, account management, and quality assurance. David has worked in various capacities at the KeyStone Center since 2005 and was appointed Risk Manager in January 2007.

     

William Leopold, L.C.S.W., MBA
Director of Key Recovery Outpatient Services
 

William Leopold, L.C.S.W., MBA, is Director of Risk Management and Quality Management Services. He has a Masters of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University (1977) and an MBA (Health and Medical Services Administration) from Widener University (1996).

Bill has been an inpatient clinician and supervisor at the Hospital University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr Hospital. Since obtaining his MBA, he has worked in behavioral health administration at Progressions of Southern New Jersey and at Montgomery County Emergency Service, Inc.

Bill brings over 30 years of experience in acute care settings, and a passion for safety and excellence, to his position at Keystone.

     

Christopher Borkowski, MA, CCDP-D
Director of Intensive Inpatient Program
 

Christopher Borkowski, MA, CCDP-D, is Program coordinator for the inpatient Freedom rehabilitation program at the KeyStone Center. Mr. Borkowski has been employed with the Keystone Center since 2008 and began his employment as a case manager. Mr. Borkowski earned his bachelor's degree as well as his master's degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University as a part of their accelerated degree program. Mr. Borkowski's specializations include treating individuals with an addiction to substances as well as co-occuring mental health diagnoses. Mr. Borkowski also has extensive training in addressing issues related to individuals who are dealing with issues related to problem gambling.

     

Diane Warfield, J.D.
Director of Admissions
 

Diane Warfield, J.D., is the Director of Admissions at the KeyStone Center. She earned her degree at Villanova Law School, and has a certification for providing MH/MR services through Temple University. She has been at the KeyStone Center for over 15 years starting in the psych unit and moving to admissions the following year. Prior to arriving at KeyStone, Diane had extensive experience working with the MH/MR POPULATION THROUGH Northwestern Human Services. She is responsible for managing our transportation department as well.
