our staff
Michael Glacken,
M.D. is
the KeyStone Center Medical Director. Dr. Glacken earned his
M.D. at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia
in 1984 and completed his internship and residency in
Psychiatry and was the Chief Resident at Temple University
Hospital in 1988. He achieved Board Certification in 1990.
He has over 16 years’ experience treating Dual Diagnosis
patients in a variety of treatment settings. Dr. Glacken
previously served as the Regional Medical Director for
Managed Care with First Hospital Corporation and as the
Medical Director of Connections Community Support Programs.
Michael J. Salazar,
Psy.D
is currently the CEO at KeyStone Center. He is a licensed
psychologist who earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology
from Widener University and his Masters in Applied
Psychology from Temple University. Dr. Salazar has been at
KeyStone since 1991, first serving as Chief Psychologist and
Director of Psychological Services. In 2001, he developed
the program for the Residential Treatment Facility and
served as director of that program until July 2003, when he
moved into his current position. Dr. Salazar has extensive
experience working with adult and adolescent dual diagnosis
populations and treating trauma-related disorders. He has
provided lectures and workshops regarding
cognitive-behavioral strategies in relapse prevention and is
a member of the adjunct faculty at the Institute for
Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University.
Deborah Voluck,
M.Ed., M.F.T
is the Program Coordinator for the Intensive Inpatient
Program and the Gambling Program at the KeyStone Center. She
earned her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from
Temple University and a second Masters Degree in Marriage
and Family Therapy from Hahneman University. For over
seventeen years, she has specialized in the treatment of
addiction and co-dependency working with individuals,
couples, families and groups to educate and begin the
healing process. Ms. Voluck also trains and supervises staff
and has presented clinical workshops at National Gambling
conferences.
Maureen Neff,
MS, CAC is the Director of Key Recovery
Outpatient Services. She has almost 20 years of experience
in the field of addiction. Maureen has worked in almost
every treatment modality from prevention to long term
inpatient settings. Her experience with gender specific
training and managing multiple outpatient sites are her
areas of expertise. Her former career as an educator,
impacts her emphasis on providing the client and the family
members with the information they need to make healthier
decisions and minimize the effects of living with the
disease of addiction. Maureen has held the Certified
Addictions Counselor credential since 1993 and the
certificate of competency in problem gambling and has a
master’s degree in Administration from West Chester
University.
David
Dorschu, MS is
KeyStone Center's Director of Quality Assurance and Facility
Risk Manager. David earned his Masters Degree in Counseling
Psychology from Villanova University in 1995. His
professional background includes clinical management,
account management, and quality assurance. David has worked
in various capacities at the KeyStone Center since 2005 and
was appointed Risk Manager in January 2007.
Nick Luchko CAC,
BA, CAGC
is a certified addictions counselor in Pa for 14 years; he
has a BA in Addiction studies from Alvernia College, and was
one of the first CAGC in the state of Pennsylvannia. Nick
has 25 years experience in treating all addictions. He has
been at KeyStone since 1985, when KeyStone opened there
doors. Nick is a counselor in the Intensive Inpatient
Program and the Residential Gambling Program.
Nancy Roberts Willis, M.S.W.
is a licensed social worker in clinical practice. also
certified as a Practitioner in Psychodrama by the American
Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group
Psychotherapy. Nancy has had extensive experience working
with people recovering from addiction and trauma. Presently
she is the psychodramatist for the Intensive Inpatient
Program as well as for KeyStone Center’s Extended Care Unit.
La-Rhonda M.
Harmon, M.Ed., M.S., Ed.S.
earned a Masters in Counseling Degree from Philadelphia
Biblical University in 2007. She received her B.S. Ed. from
Temple University in 1993, a Master's in Education degree
from Cheyney University in 1996, and an Educational
Specialist Degree in Educational Administration from
Pensacola Christian College in 2005. La-Rhonda has eight
years experience of teaching English to elementary and high
school students in the United States and Ghana, West Africa.
She transitioned into the clinical field in 2001 providing
Behavioral Specialist Consultation and Mobile Therapy to
adolescents in the home, school and community settings.
La-Rhonda also provided individual and family therapy to
adults in an outpatient facility. She joined the Keystone
Center RTF Staff in the spring of 2008. La-Rhonda eventually
plans to establish a secondary school in Ghana, West Africa
for adolescents with a trauma history.
Susan Campling
RN, Psy.D.
CSAT_S, CSOT, CDVC. is the Director of the
Keystone Center ECU in Chester Pennsylvania. Susan is a
Certified Sexual Addictions Therapist and Supervisor,
Certified Sexual Offender Therapist, and a Certified
Domestic Violence Counselor. In addition to her work at
Keystone Center, Dr. Campling has also been active in
helping children and families who experience interpersonal
violence not immediately identified as sexually addictive.
She has presented nationally on a number of topics including
sexual addiction, working with sexual offenders and domestic
violence and trauma.
Nancy Roberts Willis,
M.S.W.,LSW, CP,
is a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania and a certified
practitioner in psychodrama by the American Board of
Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group
Psychotherapy. She facilitates groups at Keystone ECU for
sexual addiction, Keystone Center for alcohol, drug and
gambling addiction, and at the Renfrew Center for eating
disorders. She maintains a private psychotherapy practice
and has a special interest in women’s issues, trauma, and
couple and family healing.
Victoria A. Ley
M.S.W., L.C.S.W.. Earned a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and a
Masters of Social Work Degree from Widener University. She
began working at the Keystone Extended Care Unit in 2006
after working as a Lead Therapist for six years with
children and adolescents in a school based partial
hospitalization program in Philadelphia. Her specializations
include assessment, individual and family therapy, and
working with dually-diagnosed populations across the life
span. She is also an Adjunct Professor for a local college
and is currently working toward achieving several
certifications to include trauma, child sexual abuse and
sexual addictions.
Matthew Whitehead,
B.S., M.A., Psy.D. Dr. Whitehead earned his
doctoral and master’s degrees in clinical psychology at the
Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology of Widener
University and his bachelor’s degree at Towson University.
Dr. Whitehead’s primary research and clinical interests
include relational psychoanalytic theory and practice as
well as therapeutic personality assessment. He has presented
at various conferences, including annual meetings of the
American Psychological Association Division for
Psychoanalysis and the Society for Personality Assessment.
His current research projects are based on his doctoral
dissertation, “Unmanageable Desires: Toward a Relational
Psychoanalytic Approach to the Conceptualization and
Treatment of Compulsive Sexual Behavior.”
Nancy Bourke,
J.D., Psy.D. earned her law and psychology
degrees from Widener University in 2007 and joined the team
at Keystone ECU shortly thereafter. She is originally from
Baltimore, MD, where she earned her B.A. in psychology at
Loyola College. Nancy is interested in forensic issues.
Latoya Brooks, MA, MSW, LSW.
Latoya earned a Masters of Arts degree in Human Sexuality
and Family Life from New York University. She also has
completed a Masters of Social Work degree from Widener
University. Latoya is completing a Doctorate of Education at
Widener University in Clinical Sexology. She has been in the
field of sexuality and health since 1999 and has presented
several workshops at professional conferences and community
agencies. Latoya’s professional interest includes developing
and facilitating healthy sexuality workshops for individuals
with sexual compulsive behaviors. Another professional
interest includes providing professional trainings to
clinicians and educators regarding clients’ experiences of
racism and oppression within clinical and educational
settings and helping professionals develop skills for
working with cultural and ethnic diversity.
Jennifer Enigk de Moose, MA
is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology
and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice at Widener
University. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Education
from Penn State University in 1996 and her Master’s degree
in Clinical Psychology from Widener University in 2006. Her
primary interests include treatment of child and adult
survivors of sexual abuse, treatment of offender
populations, and forensic assessment.
Benjamin Lief, MA is
currently pursuing his doctorate in psychology at the
Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology of Widener
University. He received his Bachelor’s degree from
Connecticut College in 1995. Mr. Lief’s primary interests
include relational psychoanalytic theory and gender identity
and behaviors therein. Prior to pursing his doctorate, Mr.
Lief was a journalist for eight years.
Kristin Bennett, BFA has
earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts in painting and drawing
from Pennsylvania State University along with a minor in
psychology. She is currently finishing her thesis work at
Drexel University for a Masters in Creative Arts Therapy.
Her research project is based on enhancing forensic
interview techniques of sexually abused children through the
use of art therapy assessments. Kristin has been working in
the mental health field since 2004, primarily running art
therapy groups for adults with addictions and dual
diagnosis.
Paul Greway has worked
in the addiction field for the past eleven years and has
been employed at the Keystone ECU for the past nine years.
Paul facilitates groups on offending behaviors, addiction &
trauma, relapse prevention, and education groups on the
twelve steps of recovery and the recovery process.
Milton Myers worked with
addicted persons, helping them deal with obsession and
compulsion through Twelve Step programs since 1989.He also
has been working with individuals with Developmental Mental
Disabilities since 1996. Milton has training in Team
Building, Peer to Peer Coaching, Spirituality, Group
therapy, Conflict Resolution, Goal Preparation and Treatment
Plan Development. He began working at the Keystone Extended
Care Unit in 2005 after working as a Supervisor in a
Community Living Arrangement, supervising eight staff and
six mentally challenged individuals. Milton specializes in
heart to heart one on ones with our clients, Twelve Step
Recovery Groups, Addiction and Trauma Groups and
Spirituality Groups.
